Ricardo Bejerano is a forward-thinking leader with 15 years of experience in security services focusing on luxury brands. He joined the Five Star, Five Diamond Acqualina Resort & Residences as Security Manager in 2016. In 2018, Ricardo was promoted to Director of Security where he oversaw the daily security operations for Acqualina Resort. He was subsequently promoted to Executive Director of Security in 2022. In his new role, Ricardo is responsible for the safety and security of all employees, guests, residents, and property assets. Ricardo also oversees the day-to-day security operations for The Estates at Acqualina and The Mansions at Acqualina.Before joining Acqualina, Ricardo held security positions at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Tiffany & Co. in Aventura, and the St. Regis Hotel Bal Harbour. Ricardo holds a Master’s of Science degree in National Security Affairs and International Relations from Nova Southeastern University. In addition, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Supervision and Management from Miami Dade College.
