Edmundo Perez was named Director of Engineering for Acqualina in May 2014. Prior to joining Acqualina, Edmundo was the Corporate Engineer at the historic Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables for 14 years, where he was known for his overall technical expertise in engineering, preventative maintenance projects and his ability to increase positive comments on overall guest satisfaction scores. Edmundo brings a forward-thinking mind-set to Acqualina's organization and is charged with developing programs and systems that maintain and improve equipment and processes to keep the hotel and residential operations running as efficiently as possible.
