Virtuoso Week 2024 Roulette Guidelines

Eligibility and Participation
- Only registered travel partners attending the Virtuoso Week event are eligible to play the roulette.
- Each participant is allowed one spin per visit to our booth during the event.

Prize Redemption
- Prizes won through the roulette are redeemable only during a stay at Acqualina Resort.
- Participants must present their winning tokens or chips at the front desk upon check-in to claim their prizes.

Expiration Date
- All prizes must be redeemed within 12 months of the Virtuoso Week event. The expiration date for redemption is August 2025.
- Prizes cannot be redeemed after the expiration date under any circumstances.

Stay Requirements
- Prizes are only valid for redemption during an overnight stay at Acqualina Resort.
- Prizes are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the travel partner who won them.

Prize Details and Conditions
- Each prize will have specific terms and conditions which will be provided at the time of winning.
- Prizes may include but are not limited to complimentary services, dining vouchers, spa treatments, or resort activities.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

Reservation and Booking
- Travel partners must book their stay directly with Acqualina Resort to redeem their prizes.
- When booking, travel partners should inform the reservation team about their prize redemption.
