Acqualina Resort & Residence on the beach has developed a partnership with Miami based Unlimited Fitness Inc. to offer our hotel guests with fitness classes that inspire and transform.

Personal Training
Let our expert trainers guide you on one-to-one instruction tailored to your specific needs for fast and effective results. Work one-on-one with an expert trainer to start or rekindle a customized strength, weight training or flexibility program. Whether you want to lose weight, improve endurance or overall health, our trainers will instruct, motivate and inspire you to exercise safely and effectively, emphasizing positive habits and goal setting.
Hatha Yoga
A class based on the ancient Indian form of movement that promotes balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation through various postures and breathing techniques. A must for everyone!
Bliss Yoga
Slowly-held gentle yoga postures that facilitate deep stretching and relaxation.  Let go of muscular tension, leaving only a balanced state of mind with this yoga experience.

60-minute Session: $165
90-minute Session: $225

Mat Pilates
Pilates builds core strength by firming and aligning the abdominal, lower back muscles, hips/glutes and the entire body. This class is designed so all participants are monitored in proper form to ensure their workout is optimal.
