Those of you who follow my blogs, you know that I am a big fan of organic gardening and green smoothies. What can be better than having a garden filled with all of your favorite vegetables and herbs? I simply go and cut what I want every morning. My garden has Arugula, Kale, Collards, Spinach and Dandelion Greens. I also have an array of herbs such as Mint, Cilantro and Parsley that I love to add to my smoothies. If you do not have the space in your yard for a garden, these items also grow great in containers. In my opinion there is nothing fresher and you never have to worry about your greens not being fresh or going to waste.
