While most of the northern hemisphere is huddling indoors for the winter, you might choose to gather relatives and celebrate Thanksgiving beachside in the caring hands of your Acqualina family, where nothing is left to chance. And while you frolic in the sand and swim in the ocean, you might think, “Wouldn’t it be grand to have Thanksgiving under the stars!” Have your cake and eat it too, as they say, in the most luxurious, most Instagrammable way November 25, as Acqualina presents al fresco and ocean view Thanksgiving feasts. Dine family-style with ocean waves as your musical accompaniment, as Head Chef Edward Boncich and his team prepare an exclusive menu of roasted pear salad with warm cranberry and cider vinaigrette; herb-rubbed roast turkey with fresh sage gravy; sausage, apple and walnut stuffing; smooth and creamy mashed potatoes; white wine-braised Brussels sprouts; a medley of roasted root vegetables with thyme, fresh citrus cranberry sauce and for dessert – individual triple-chocolate mousse cake and traditional pumpkin pie. Style, elegance and impeccable service are hallmarks of this bespoke dinner, which is never rushed, allowing guests time to take a moment – or several – to walk along the shoreline, toast each other and bask in the glow of family connections. The Thanksgiving dinner accommodates 10 to 15 guests for the entire luxurious evening, with a dedicated server and chef providing tableside service throughout, for an opulent repast your family won’t soon forget. Exclusively available to Acqualina guests and residents, the dinner is $300 per person for 10 guests and $200 per person for 15 guests, including wine, beverages, tax and gratuity.
Reservations must be made by November 18 and are available by phoning the Concierge at 305-918-6860.
