It’s officially the holiday season, which means you’re probably busy attending countless celebrations with your friends and family and toasting to another great year ahead (cheers!)
To further help you get into the festive spirit, we’ve teamed up with Acqualina’s ultra-talented mixologist, James Diggs, who has created three unique holiday cocktails. So, whether you love the holiday season or can’t wait for January, let’s all agree the holidays are the perfect reason to have a cocktail!
Cinnamon Pear Martini
Ingredients:
2 oz Grey Goose Poire
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 oz apple juice
1/4 oz of fresh lemon juice
1/2 of a pear diced
Method:
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin,
Muddle the pear in the tin with the liquid
Add ice
Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass
Garnish with a wafer thin pear slice floating on top of the cocktail
Acai-Ginger Cooler
Ingredients:
2 oz Veev Acai Liquor
1/2 oz peach nectar
3/4 oz Domaine De Canton’s Ginger Liqueur
1 oz Pomegranate juice
2 lime wedge
Method:
Combine all liquid ingredients in a shaker tin,
Squeeze the 2 lime wedges into the tin and drop in the squeezed wedges,
Add ice and shake well then pour into a Collins glass
Garnish with pomegranate seeds and cherries
Spiked Cider
Ingredients:
2oz Patron Anejo Tequila
1.5 oz premium apple cider
.5 oz cranberry juice
.5 oz Domaine de Canton’s Ginger Liqueur
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin,
Add ice and shake well then pour into wine glass
*Garnish with maraschino cherries and apple and rim with cinnamon and brown (dip the rim of the glass in simple syrup)
