AN ACQUALINA THANKSGIVING CELEBRATION

MIAMI, November 3, 2021 – This Thanksgiving Day on Thursday, November 25, 2021, Acqualina Resort & Residences invites families and friends to celebrate with a luxurious stay at the Five-Star oceanfront resort and enjoy an exclusive Thanksgiving feast beachside. The resort’s Il Mulino New York restaurant serves an exceptional Thanksgiving menu available in the restaurant, which offers indoor and outdoor seating. In addition, for young guests, Acqualina is offering an exciting arts & crafts program available on Thanksgiving week. 

Guests who reserve a luxurious guestroom or suite at Acqualina Resort can celebrate with al fresco and ocean view Thanksgiving feasts that will accommodate 10 to 15 guests. Newly appointed Head Chef Edward Boncich and his team are preparing an exclusive menu of roasted pear salad with warm cranberry and cider vinaigrette; herb-rubbed roast turkey with fresh sage gravy; sausage, apple, and walnut stuffing; smooth and creamy mashed potatoes; white wine-braised Brussels sprouts; a medley of roasted root vegetables with thyme, fresh citrus cranberry sauce and for dessert – individual triple-chocolate mousse cake and traditional pumpkin pie. Exclusively available to Acqualina hotel guests and with limited availability, the dinner is $300 per person for 10 guests and $200 per person for 15 guests, including wine, beverages, tax, and gratuity. 

Guests can also delight in a prix fixe Thanksgiving menu at the award-winning Il Mulino New York restaurant for $60 per person plus beverages and tax and gratuity. Advance reservations are required.

For young guests ages 5 to 12, Acqualina has created four new activities – one for each day – available between 2 and 3 p.m. Thanksgiving week. Outdoors, safe and socially distanced, just two families will share a table. An Activity Leader will help and inspire children or cheer them on, making this an hour of memorable fun. Activities include:

  • Designing a reusable water bottle
  • Painting with a twist
  • Sea turtle day
  • Beading and keychain making.
