Seasonal Tasting Experience

Ke-uH unveils an inspired new seasonal menu special celebrating the artistry of flavor. The Bluefin Tuna Tasting Experience showcases a curated progression of dishes highlighting the elegance and richness of premium Bluefin Tuna.

The menu is further enhanced with the addition of an Australian Wagyu Ribeye, a 14-ounce cut offering rich flavor and balance for those seeking depth without the intensity of Japanese Wagyu, as well as a new Wagyu Gyoza Appetizer.

The Ke-uH Bar offers delectable cocktails and sake selections in a stylish interior space. Guests may enjoy hand-crafted cocktails and play chess or backgammon on custom art-inspired game sets. A collection of original contemporary art adorns the walls of Ke-uH Bar, creating a gallery feel where guests can enjoy masterpieces by famous American artists, including Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein.

Oscar Noborikawa

At the helm of Ke-uH is Chef Oscar Noborikawa who is fourth-generation Japanese and born in Peru and has been living in South Florida for more than 20 years. He began his career working at Nobu and has perfected his art under the disciplined tutelage of some of the country’s most revered Japanese masters. Chef Oscar says his command of Japanese cuisine can be distilled down to ingredients and balance. ā€œIt’s the combination of the quality of product, the preparation, the respect of and care for every single ingredient and inherent discipline to create the perfect balance of citrus, spiciness, sauce for expressive sushi,ā€ he says.
