The hotel is nice, and the beach is one of the best in South Florida, but the beach service is unparalleled; that’s really why we come. At first, we were hesitant to pay a few extra hundred dollars for a beach bed; however, Gianni made our two days absolutely special. We brought our 4-year-old and 10-month-old daughters, and he even set up a crib on the beach for us. Spend the extra buck in renting an AcquaBed by the beach, and if you’re lucky, Gianni will be there to elevate the experience.

We can’t say enough great things about Acqualina Resort and the staff! It is an amazing experience! The staff is so friendly, attentive, and thoughtful! For example, as we were sitting by the beach, Kevin and Pablo found out we were celebrating our anniversary, and they surprised us with yummy frozen strawberry drinks and a tray with chocolate chip cookies and strawberries! They had found out from Jorhan that we loved strawberries, and so they made up the treat for us. Jorhan is amazing, too! He remembered my husband loves Coke Zero and would bring it within minutes of us arriving at the beach or pool. Shout-outs to Adriana, Neyssa, and Alize! These ladies are fantastic and took excellent care of us at the Beach Club pool. They make wonderful smoothies too! And Neyssa surprised us with 2 glasses of Prosecco and a gift! This was the most luxurious upscale family hotel we have been to. The aesthetics of the hotel makes you feel like you are in Mediterranean. The food is the most amazing. 10/10! My friends and I joined the beach and pool part of the resort for 2 days while visiting in town. Our stay was amazing. Chris arranged for us to be set up on the beach with a bed, cabana, chairs and towels both days. Danny met us at the valet and helped us make our way down to the pool and then the beach. He gave us everything we needed without us even having the ask. Towels, waters, fruits, etc. High quality service ! David, at the valet, was very helpful with getting our car. All of the beach and pool attendants were very helpful as well as we went to different areas of the resort. The 2nd day, there was some rain and all the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a spot by the pool to cover so we didn’t get wet. Once it dried up, we went back to the beach and enjoyed the rest of the day. We definitely felt a taste of paradise during our time at Acqualina. Thank you guys ! We will surely be back :)

We we’re received by very friendly reception staff taken to our room, which was absolutely gorgeous and facilitated for our engagement stay, The breakfast was of high quality and standards, service also location of the hotel perfect along sunny isles beach.

The Acqualina Resort is stunning, with manicured lawns, deep red fabrics, beautiful pools and a huge stretch of white sandy beach. But what truly sets this resort apart is the service! The entire staff goes out of their way to make each interaction memorable, and each day special. My wife and I hosted her sister and brother-in-law for President's Day weekend at the resort and had an amazing time. In particular, thank you to Aris for catering to us each day on the beach and keeping us laughing, and to Jorge who made our lunches on the terrace a 5-star experience (especially the outstanding rack of lamb).

Probably the friendliest service I have ever experienced. Everyone was always asking if we need anything. The rooms were spotless and well appointed, the maids do an amazing job every day making the room feel like no one has been there before you. It was my wife's 50th bday and they surprised us with a chocolate cake champagne and a candle as a gift for my wife. Very much appreciated. The restaurants on site were all excellent. The adult pool is a must if you want serious tranquility. Book a cabana and enjoy what feels like your very own pool. the beach and pool staff are amazing and friendly. I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at Acqualina and their staff. Went with my best girlfriends for an un-bachelorette weekend (I'm in my 50s and getting married in June). My friend, Nancy, was generous enough to let us stay at her residence here, which was absolutely stunning overlooking the beach. We spent our days on the beach Friday and Saturday, and could not have been better taken care of by Max, Marcel, Aris and Conrad. We had an excellent stay at the Acqualina resort with my husband and kids. The resort is impeccable and very family friendly. The hotel is nice, and the beach is one of the best in South Florida, but the beach service is unparalleled; that’s really why we come. At first, we were hesitant to pay a few extra hundred dollars for a beach bed; however, Gianni made our two days absolutely special. We brought our 4-year-old and 10-month-old daughters, and he even set up a crib on the beach for us. Spend the extra buck in renting an AcquaBed by the beach, and if you’re lucky, Gianni will be there to elevate the experience.

We can’t say enough great things about Acqualina Resort and the staff! It is an amazing experience! The staff is so friendly, attentive, and thoughtful! For example, as we were sitting by the beach, Kevin and Pablo found out we were celebrating our anniversary, and they surprised us with yummy frozen strawberry drinks and a tray with chocolate chip cookies and strawberries! They had found out from Jorhan that we loved strawberries, and so they made up the treat for us. Jorhan is amazing, too! He remembered my husband loves Coke Zero and would bring it within minutes of us arriving at the beach or pool. Shout-outs to Adriana, Neyssa, and Alize! These ladies are fantastic and took excellent care of us at the Beach Club pool. They make wonderful smoothies too! And Neyssa surprised us with 2 glasses of Prosecco and a gift! My friends and I joined the beach and pool part of the resort for 2 days while visiting in town. Our stay was amazing. Chris arranged for us to be set up on the beach with a bed, cabana, chairs and towels both days. Danny met us at the valet and helped us make our way down to the pool and then the beach. He gave us everything we needed without us even having the ask. Towels, waters, fruits, etc. High quality service ! David, at the valet, was very helpful with getting our car. All of the beach and pool attendants were very helpful as well as we went to different areas of the resort. The 2nd day, there was some rain and all the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a spot by the pool to cover so we didn’t get wet. Once it dried up, we went back to the beach and enjoyed the rest of the day. We definitely felt a taste of paradise during our time at Acqualina. Thank you guys ! We will surely be back :)

The rooms were spotless and well appointed, the maids do an amazing job every day making the room feel like no one has been there before you. Acqualina Resort is one of the best hotels I have been to. This is our second time staying at this resort and it never disappoints. Their rooms, beds and staff are exceptional! Every visit to the Acqualina is always a wonderful experience! The property is gorgeous and beautifully maintained. You experience the impeccable level of service from the moment you drive up to the property. The valet and door personnel are all friendly and helpful. The really stand-out feature, however, is the service on the beach! We were fortunate to have Gianfranco set us up. He greeted us with a big smile and could not do enough to make our time enjoyable. I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at Acqualina and their staff. Went with my best girlfriends for an un-bachelorette weekend (I'm in my 50s and getting married in June). My friend, Nancy, was generous enough to let us stay at her residence here, which was absolutely stunning overlooking the beach. We spent our days on the beach Friday and Saturday, and could not have been better taken care of by Max, Marcel, Aris and Conrad. Max, in particular, went above and beyond in not only making sure we had everything we needed but also anticipating our needs, keeping us updated on the weather, bringing us little surprises like refreshing popsicles and champagne toasts. When I said I loved his shoes, he brought me a pair of them the next day! The whole team was so professional, attentive, warm and gracious. On Sunday, we stayed by the pool, and Monica was so sweet and made us feel so taken care of. The property and beach are gorgeous. Everyone is so friendly and un-pretentious. Richard took care of us at the bar and made us the best cocktails ever. I felt so special. Thank you, Acqualina, for making this weekend with my closest friends such an unforgettable experience! The hotel is nice, and the beach is one of the best in South Florida, but the beach service is unparalleled; that’s really why we come. At first, we were hesitant to pay a few extra hundred dollars for a beach bed; however, Gianni made our two days absolutely special. We brought our 4-year-old and 10-month-old daughters, and he even set up a crib on the beach for us. Spend the extra buck in renting an AcquaBed by the beach, and if you’re lucky, Gianni will be there to elevate the experience.

We can’t say enough great things about Acqualina Resort and the staff! It is an amazing experience! The staff is so friendly, attentive, and thoughtful! For example, as we were sitting by the beach, Kevin and Pablo found out we were celebrating our anniversary, and they surprised us with yummy frozen strawberry drinks and a tray with chocolate chip cookies and strawberries! They had found out from Jorhan that we loved strawberries, and so they made up the treat for us. Jorhan is amazing, too! These ladies are fantastic and took excellent care of us at the Beach Club pool. They make wonderful smoothies too! And Neyssa surprised us with 2 glasses of Prosecco and a gift! We enjoyed seeing Mike each day as he welcomed us to the pool and beach areas! And Valeria made sure we had everything we needed as we lounged by the beach! Acqualina and its staff are spectacular!

We were here at the end of April and had a five-star experience. We were coming back to Miami in June, and there was only one choice for accommodations, the Acqualina Resort! This was the most luxurious upscale family hotel we have been to. The aesthetics of the hotel makes you feel like you are in Mediterranean. The food is the most amazing. 10/10! Il Mulino New York - Miami is the best restaurant we have ever been too! The food, service, and atmosphere is top notch! The breakfast, buffet and outdoor grill was the best food ever!

My friends and I joined the beach and pool part of the resort for 2 days while visiting in town. Our stay was amazing. Chris arranged for us to be set up on the beach with a bed, cabana, chairs and towels both days. Danny met us at the valet and helped us make our way down to the pool and then the beach. He gave us everything we needed without us even having the ask. Towels, waters, fruits, etc. High quality service ! David, at the valet, was very helpful with getting our car. All of the beach and pool attendants were very helpful as well as we went to different areas of the resort. The 2nd day, there was some rain and all the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a spot by the pool to cover so we didn’t get wet. Once it dried up, we went back to the beach and enjoyed the rest of the day. We definitely felt a taste of paradise during our time at Acqualina. Thank you guys ! We will surely be back :)

We chose to stay at the Acqualina we had heard so much about this five star hotel gem and to our very much pleasant surprise, it was absolutely flawless!
We we’re received by very friendly reception staff taken to our room, which was absolutely gorgeous and facilitated for our engagement stay, The breakfast was of high quality and standards, service also location of the hotel perfect along sunny isles beach.
Management staff, I have to say we’re at the top of their game and I thoroughly enjoyed a departure meeting with Muro and Mark, It was great building relationships for my future return.
Waiting staff members must be mentioned, excellent at their job we’re Victor and Jamie On breakfast service!

The Acqualina Resort is stunning, with manicured lawns, deep red fabrics, beautiful pools and a huge stretch of white sandy beach. But what truly sets this resort apart is the service! The entire staff goes out of their way to make each interaction memorable, and each day special. My wife and I hosted her sister and brother-in-law for President's Day weekend at the resort and had an amazing time. In particular, thank you to Aris for catering to us each day on the beach and keeping us laughing, and to Jorge who made our lunches on the terrace a 5-star experience (especially the outstanding rack of lamb).

Probably the friendliest service I have ever experienced. Everyone was always asking if we need anything. The rooms were spotless and well appointed, the maids do an amazing job every day making the room feel like no one has been there before you. It was my wife's 50th bday and they surprised us with a chocolate cake champagne and a candle as a gift for my wife. Very much appreciated. The restaurants on site were all excellent. The adult pool is a must if you want serious tranquility. Book a cabana and enjoy what feels like your very own pool. the beach and pool staff are amazing and friendly. Its not cheap but you get first class treatment and amenities here. Definitely on my come back again list. Thank you for making my wife's birthday weekend so enjoyable.

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at Acqualina and their staff. Went with my best girlfriends for an un-bachelorette weekend (I'm in my 50s and getting married in June). My friend, Nancy, was generous enough to let us stay at her residence here, which was absolutely stunning overlooking the beach. We spent our days on the beach Friday and Saturday, and could not have been better taken care of by Max, Marcel, Aris and Conrad. Max, in particular, went above and beyond in not only making sure we had everything we needed but also anticipating our needs, keeping us updated on the weather, bringing us little surprises like refreshing popsicles and champagne toasts. When I said I loved his shoes, he brought me a pair of them the next day! The whole team was so professional, attentive, warm and gracious. On Sunday, we stayed by the pool, and Monica was so sweet and made us feel so taken care of. The property and beach are gorgeous. Everyone is so friendly and un-pretentious.
